We are speeding through February . Who else feels the energetic pull of the fire horse 🐎 🔥 .

Many lovely clients in for treatments . Self care is a necessity not an option .

Workshops for South Ayrshire Council to increase wellbeing in the workforce . Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and energy .

I am working behind the scenes to record free meditations via our SKOOL and You Tube platforms and just in the final stages of getting my first ever online course accredited . Yes it’s taken longer than expected but this will be my first course under my Shamanic name , Healing Earth Mother which is a 3 month journey at your own pace which gives you all necessary tools to move forward. Ideal for those on a spiritual journey who are looking for the next step .

The Temple of Sound is galloping forward with very different offerings each week from myself and Tracy .

Sound practitioner course this weekend and next week in my introduction to Shamanism course which will enable you to join our regular monthly Shamanic meet ups .

Many wonderful offerings in the background including collaborations , festivals , NEW courses and much more .

On the Community Wellbeing Hub CIC side , our wellbeing group has many new members and we kindly ask that everyone books in each week . Don’t forget to give the Hub page a like and follow if you don’t already .
