We have specialised in musculoskeletal problems for over 20 years, and have worked with all sectors of society including many professional athletes. We also have physiotherapists specially trained in Women's Health Physiotherapy including the Mummy MOT - these treatments specifically treat pelvic issues and postnatal issues including incontinence, prolapse, abdominal separation, back pain and pelvic pain without the need for drugs or surgery. Our private treatments are available to self-referring customers, BUPA and other healthcare-schemes. No referral from a GP is required - just book an initial assessment and begin your recovery journey! To complement our physiotherapy sessions we also offer shockwave therapy (especially effective on plantar fasciitis), sports / deep tissue massage, and acupuncture to provide a holistic approach to therapy from injury prevention to rehabilitation. Using modern techniques and cutting edge technology we will support your recovery and provide you with the tools to manage your own well-being at home. Our 'Return to Work Service' for local businesses and industries provides valuable early intervention for staff suffering with musculoskeletal injuries, and support rapid return to work.
