My name is Valerie Cunnington and I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and a member of the U.K Reiki Federation. Originally developed in Japan by Reiki's founder Mikao Usui in the 1920's Reiki is a complementary therapy using a deep relaxation technique based on channeling energy at various frequencies. The intention being to harmonise and balance the energy system of the recipient therefore putting the body in the best possible position to promote natural healing on all levels physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
