We assess, treat and provide families, schools and carers with the specialist skills they need to ensure children and young people live quality, independent, inclusive and fulfilling lives. We also advocate for our clients – working with local authorities, solicitors and case managers to ensure life shaping, life changing occupational therapy becomes an integral part of Education, Health and Care Plans. Struggling with Sensory sensitivities at home?

Try this simple game:

1. Mystery Bag (Touch/Tactile)
Purpose: Build tactile awareness and object recognition.
Materials: Bag with small everyday objects (spoon, key, block, ball, fabric, toy animal).
How to Play:

Place 5–8 items in the bag.

Child reaches in, feels one, and describes it (“hard, cold, bumpy”).

Guess before pulling it out.
