Our journey began back in July 1980, when our founder, Joyce Griffiths, opened a single osteopathic treatment room at the old Beach Hotel in Trearddur Bay.

When the Director becomes the Patient! ⚽⚡

Our Director, Janet Beckerleg, recently took up Walking Football—but a training session left her with a partially pulled right quad. Ouch!

Luckily, we are currently trialling our latest piece of health tech:

the PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Mat.

Janet hopped on for a 15-minute session and the results were truly remarkable. By the time she stood up, she could no longer feel the pulled quad at all. The pain and restriction had completely cleared, allowing her to move freely again.

What is PEMF? Think of it as a battery charger for your cells. It uses low-frequency electromagnetic pulses to "recharge" damaged cells, boost circulation, and accelerate the body's natural repair process. It’s been used by NASA and pro-athletes for years, and now we’re bringing it to LEAF Health!
