Hi πŸ‘‹πŸΌ my name is Ellie, a Sports Massage Therapist from Meopham, Kent and I offer massage services and kinesiology taping at The Treatment Rooms in Meopham. A little bit about me; I have always had a passion for health and fitness and so completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath, achieving a First. My enthusiasm for making a positive impact on people's lives led me to undertake a year-long internship as a Neurological Rehabilitation Assistant. After finishing university, I chose to continue working as a Neurological Trainer full-time. I returned to the University of Bath to complete both Level 3 and 4 Sports Massage as well as Level 1 in Rock Tape Kinesiology Taping. I am excited to open practice in Meopham from August 21st 2025 and look forward to helping individuals improve their health and wellbeing.

I’m back!! πŸ‘πŸ»

After taking some time to settle into our new home, I’m thrilled to announce that my sports massage services are up and running again! I am now back treating clients in Meopham and surrounding areas. 🏑

I will be based at The Treatment Rooms, Meopham, DA13 0EL and will be offering services Thursday evenings for the time being but I am hoping to increase this over the coming weeks/months!
