LU Anyfit - Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer I provide advanced clinical massage treating chronic body complaints, injuries & oncology patients Thanks for coming to my LU Anyfit page.

I've been massage therapist for over 6 years specialising in deep tissue & sports massage treating those suffering with chronic pain but equally enjoying being able to help others to switch off and relax during a holistic treatments. I have qualified in elements of orthopedic assessment to compliment my treatments & am a personal trainer so able to offer my clients strength & stretch exercise to aid in the recovery of injury and elevate sore tight muscles or common complaints. I use a variety of methods including trigger point therapy, myofascial and deep tissue to aid chronic pain management. I offer a mobile service and work a variety of hours for my clients including weekend. And as my page will show...I'm a huge dog lover so any 4 legged friends in your home will not cause me any issues coming to your home! �
