We’re seeing a rise in seasonal viruses, including common colds, influenza, and other upper-respiratory infections.

Most mild symptoms, such as a runny nose, sore throat, tiredness, or a low-grade fever, can be managed at home with rest, fluids, and over-the-counter relief.

You should seek medical advice if symptoms worsen, last longer than expected, or include breathing difficulties, chest pain, a high or persistent fever, or concerns about young children, older adults, or anyone with existing health conditions.
