We believe it is essential to shine a spotlight on their commitment, compassion, and professionalism, acknowledging the invaluable difference they make to the lives of those they care for and their families.

• Unwavering Dedication: Our care staff are on duty 365 days a year, ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of those in their care regardless of holidays or personal commitments.
• Going Above and Beyond: Time and time again, care staff demonstrate extraordinary kindness, patience, and resilience, often in challenging circumstances.
• Often Overlooked: Despite their crucial role, care staff frequently receive little public recognition or thanks. This event aims to change that, giving them the spotlight they truly deserve.
• Building Community: The awards event fosters a sense of belonging and unity among staff, encouraging them to take pride in their work and celebrate each other’s achievements.

We are committed to making this awards event a memorable occasion that truly reflects the gratitude and admiration we hold for our care staff. However, we recognise that, while we gather to celebrate, half of our dedicated team will remain at work, continuing to care for our clients. Their presence may be missed at the event, but their value is never overlooked. Their ongoing commitment is every bit as vital, and we honour and appreciate them just as deeply.
