Mat Pilates with Props (suitable for all levels, beginners encouraged!)

⭐Bring a mat, everything else is provided for you!
⭐Limited spaces

Join me for beginners Pilates class, building flexibility, lengthening and building strength, using props including weights, blocks, balls, magic circles & bands
Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing that you can lie down in!
There are very limited spaces so please book in advance, adaptations always offered to up your game or make things a bit easier!
