Our out-of-hours service is provided by Llesiant Delta Wellbeing .

As well as the out-of-hours phone number, all out-of-hours emergencies can be reported directly via the Llesiant Delta Wellbeing website.

If you fill in the online form, it goes straight to their team so someone can help you as quickly as possible. Using the online form is extra helpful during busy spells, like bad weather, when phone lines can get really busy.

Update. We are so sorry, but due to unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel next weeks 6pm - 7:30pm Men's event at Clwb Crown. We apologise for any disappointment this causes.

Please let us know if you were planning on attending and we will keep you in the loop about further events.

UPDATE
Due to unforeseen circumstances we’ve had to postpone the Event at Cefn Community Centre until next year which means the event at Trelewis Community Centre will now be moved to 12:00 on the 12th November.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Before that, we’re running informal discussion sessions (online and in person) over the coming weeks where we can discuss the feedback you shared with us and shape how the demo and testing sessions look.

We are thrilled to share that Merthyr Valleys Homes is teaming up with Clwb Crown to host a special event celebrating Polish Christmas traditions for our Polish community. Join us for an afternoon filled with festive cheer, featuring popular DJ Cudak Oraz, a visit from Santa, and traditional gifts for all the children (please note that the whole event will be conducted in Polish). We teamed up once again with Taff Rocks and Julie's Deli for a fantastic, hands-on family day this Autumn Half Term at Smyrna Chapel, Aberfan.

It was a brilliant opportunity for our Members to catch up and chat while the kids got stuck into their creations! Keep an eye out - Mindfulness Mandala Sessions with Taff Rocks are coming soon!

This is great to see! Now even more residents can keep up to date with what's going on in the community. Well done all!

We're excited to let you know that a new notice board has been installed on the grass area on West View Crescent.

We understand that not everyone can access Facebook and find it difficult to keep up with our online updates, so we're keen to make sure that nobody misses out on what's happening in the community. We'll continue to share more news on the exciting events coming up at Trelewis Community Centre, so pop around and take a look.

There's also another notice board ready to go up on the green of Pandy View, once Welsh Water finish their work in that area.
