Change to Prescription Collection & Drop-Off Location

We would like to inform patients that from Monday the 2nd of February all prescription collections and drop-offs will be handled at Ivor Street Surgery.

This change is to help us streamline our services and improve efficiency.

If you need an urgent appointment during this time, contact your practice for the on-call service number.

Due to the forecast of snow tomorrow and Friday, our service may be operating with limited clinician availability. As a result, there may be fewer appointments available, and some face-to-face appointments may be changed to telephone consultations where appropriate.

Weather permitting - We will contact patients directly if their appointment is affected. Please continue to attend as scheduled unless advised otherwise.
