75 Missed appointments for July 😥. We cannot stress enough the importance of informing the surgery if you cannot attend your appointment so I can be offered to another patient.

The first step through those doors is always the most difficult but it is so worth it.

Our facilitators have been in the same place before so they understand how daunting it can be attending for the first time and will be at the door to take that step with you. 🤝
