I completed my Kinesiology Taping course today. K taping promotes better flow of blood and lymphatic fluid thus promoting healing, supports weak joints, reduces pain, aids in alleviating muscle spasms and increases proprioception and muscle activation. I look forward to adding taping to my treatment plans.
