REID Peacefully with her loving family by her side at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy on Friday 6th March 2026. Amanda aged 58 years of Methil, a loving Daughter of Margaret and John, a devoted Mum of Cameron, Campbell and Charlotte, a cherished Nana of Arianna, a much loved Sister, Auntie and a very special friend to many. “Amanda will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.”

Funeral service to take place at Kirkcaldy Crematorium on Tuesday 31st March at 10.15am, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but there will be an opportunity to make a donation on leaving the service in Amanda’s memory, if you wish, for the ongoing work of the SSPCA.

The family of the late Sarah McKenzie wish to express their heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of sympathy received from their friends and neighbours for their recent loss. The messages, phone calls, cards and flowers were a great comfort to the family.

The family wish to extend a very special thank you to Jem Mathewson Civil Celebrant, for the beautiful tribute celebrating Sarah’s life and personality. Special thanks to Karen of Finesse Floral Designs for the lovely floral tributes and to all the staff at Methilhill Bowling Club for the fantastic service received on the day.

We would like to thank everyone at Alex Little funeral directors for all their help, compassion and love during our time of heartache. You all did a fantastic job and made it really easy knowing you took care of everything.

Finally, a heartfelt thanks to all who attended and paid their last respects to Sarah and kindly donated to the sum of £400 in aid of CHAS Rachel House Kinross.

The family of the late Effie McNeill would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the support, kindness and compassion shown to them during their difficult time. The messages, telephone calls, cards and flowers have brought them great comfort and they are very thankful to all. Thank you also to all who came to pay their respects to Effie, the great turnout meant so much and offered both comfort and strength at such an incredibly difficult time.

Our sincere thanks to Robert and all the team at Alex Little funeral directors for their exceptional care, dignity, help and compassion. Your support throughout was greatly appreciated. Thanks to Denis Madden for the beautiful service which so celebrated Effie’s life and summed up the truly amazing woman she was.

Ann, Hayley, Andrew and Family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone for their support and kindness during this sad time. The calls, cards, flowers and visits have meant a great deal to them.

Thank you to all who attended to pay their respects to Jim, it was a great source of comfort to see so many turn out to say goodbye.

A Sincere thanks to Robert and all the team at Alex Little Funeral Directors for all their help, compassion and care during this time, we couldn’t have done it without you.

Tam, Tommy , Jane and families would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the support , kindness and compassion shown to them during their time of profound sorrow.

The messages , telephone calls , visits , cards and flowers have brought them comfort and they are truly grateful for every gesture.

Thank you to all who came to pay their respects , the wonderful turnout meant so much and offered great comfort and brought strength at an incredibly difficult time.
