I have had a few recent enquiries as to how Reiki works. Reiki promotes relaxation and energy healing, supporting mental and emotional well being. It brings back a balance to your natural energy, which can lead to greater clarity. The actual experience is different for everyone and can be different every time you have reiki, in fact you may feel very little at the time. However, most of my clients have felt more relaxed and much calmer after a session. One lady actually described it as transformational.
