Join Our Team as a Complex Care Assistant in Doncaster.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable people to join us in supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries.

If you're kind, dedicated, and ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do :

Help with daily life, including mobility and safe hoist transfers.

Provide specialised care like tracheostomy support, PEG feeding, and catheter care. Don't worry if you don't have experience with this yet—we'll give you full training.

Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.

What we're looking for :

At least one year of care experience in the UK.

Someone who is patient, a good listener, and a great team player.

The ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.

You MUST drive, and own a car (at least 12 months driving experience in the UK).
