Look at Trish absolutely dazzling in her ‘too small for me last year’ dress at an awards ceremony recently! 🤩

Trish has come through our 6-week transformation and stayed on to our elite group PT sessions and is just full of energy and confidence - and it shows!

My Background

I have trained myself since the age of 18, in various gyms throughout the UK. Weight training has always been my favourite type of training, but I’ve done just about every other exercise / workout type there is!

I have 3 children, all girls. The before picture you see above is when my first 2 were aged 5 & 6. I was back into training, was strong but was not happy or confident at all with my shape. So at the age of 33 I decided to re-educate myself on nutrition and sort myself out! By making changes to my diet and eating properly, along with smart effective workouts, I totally transformed my body composition and shape. Within 6 months I felt I was in my best shape ever....you will see in my album labelled 2012.

I was actually considering figure competing, then I became pregnant with my 3rd child, so that meant another year out from training properly. I was soon back into it though and I knew how to eat better now to stay in good shape, soon I was back in my bikinis! as you see in the picture above.

I felt better at 35 than I had ever done before. I decided I wanted to help people to do what I had done. I kept hearing especially women say felt awful and disgusted with their bodies after having children. I knew that they had a choice and could get back in shape but I didn’t think they would take much notice as I wasn't actually working in the fitness industry then. So I decided to get qualified as a personal trainer and set up my own business which is something I had always wanted to do but didn’t know what in. It just made sense, to do something I was passionate about and I enjoyed. So I did.
