Meet Liz, Moko’s 5 ⭐️ Personal Trainer! 👋🏻
Liz is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and friendly personal trainer, who helps Moko’s community reach their fitness goals, either 1:1 or via small group training.
Her classes are hugely popular at Moko, helping individuals of all abilities, from a beginners class in ‘strong foundations,’ progressing through the light weights in ‘studio strong,’ to challenging those in the gym with the perfect start to your day for a 7am ‘gym strong’ class.
She also shares her expertise by delivering workshops and teaching individuals how to become personal trainers.
For Liz, PT, training and education is about the people, listening, making people feel comfortable and helping them to achieve something. She believes “a person’s wellbeing and state of mind is so important and if I can help someone achieve their next goal, feel more confident or just a little bit happier about life in some way then that makes me happy.”
