Human Factors and Civility Team working with the Pathology team North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust on Tuesday, 21st April 2026.

Our Human Factors and Civility Educator, Jennifer, would like to say...

"What a fantastic team-building day!

We focused on enhancing our understanding of Psychological Safety, Civility, and non-technical skills, and how all of these contribute to better patient safety.

The team participated in engaging games that brought plenty of laughter, but what stood out was the willingness to embrace challenging conversations during the debrief.

Learning from each other in a supportive environment is vital, and it was inspiring to see everyone step up and share. Thank you to everyone for making this day memorable and impactful! Let's continue to embrace a culture of openness and collaboration."

🤞 Good luck to all of our 5th Year Medical Students taking their MOSLER exams this week 🩺
