🌿 Monday Guided Intention Practice 🌿
Realign • Slow • Heal
Take a moment to pause.
Wherever you are, allow yourself to arrive.
Gently close your eyes, or soften your gaze.
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
and release it gently through your mouth.
Let your shoulders drop.
Unclench your jaw.
Allow your body to settle.
Now bring your awareness inward.
Notice how your body feels today, not with judgment, but with curiosity.
There is no need to change anything. Just listen.
Silently remind yourself:
Monday isn’t about doing more.
It’s about realigning my energy.
Place one hand on your heart or belly.
Feel your breath moving naturally.
With each inhale, invite presence.
With each exhale, release pressure.
Set an intention for the week ahead by quietly affirming:
✨ I honour my body’s wisdom.
✨ I move at a pace that supports my well-being.
✨ Slow is powerful. Intentional is healing.
Take one more deep breath in…
and a long, calming breath out.
When you’re ready, gently open your eyes.
Carry this intention with you as you move through your week, allowing your body to lead, your breath to guide, and your energy to stay aligned.
