Join us for nice busy Friday.

Starting the day off at 9:15am with some at (just under )
Join us for a yoga based workout that blends breathing, yoga positions, calisthenics, and isometric movement, perfect for those who want a bit more energy in their workouts.

At 11:05 join me as I cover the yoga class at Billingham Forum. Gentle.movement, stretching, and some balance. Book on at reception or online.

At 1:30pm I head over to Grindon Parish Hall for another weekly .teesside Chair Yoga session. Seated movement and stretching, some standing and balance for those up for it, and also watch a mad beardy man dance.
No need to book, just turn up.

And to finish off the day we return to for our Beginner Yoga class at 6:00pm. This is a session open to all levels, but aimed at beginners. We will warm up then break down movements to help you improve.

Nice mix of classes for Thursday

We start things off with the .teesside Gentle Yoga with a Twist session in Ingleby Barwick Community Hall at 10am. This fun and engaging session will have you moving and balancing, stretching and breathing, and overall having a fun time. We take it easy, but we also throw in some more challenging moves, always encouraging you to work within your own limits, but allowing you to push yourself.

Then at 1:30pm we head over to Egglescliffe Community Centre for the ever popular Chair Yoga class. Gentle seated movement, stretching, and breathing, plus some standing and balance for those who are up for it. We always finish off with some breathing exercises and guided relaxation.
No need to book, just turn up and join in.

And to finish off the day we are at Thornaby Pavilion at 6:30pm for the weekly Yoga/Pilates mashup. This class will challenge your balance, build your strength, improve your flexibility, and strengthen your core.

Nice busy middle of the week

We start out at Elmtree Community Centre at 10:30am for the weekly .teesside Chair Class. Gentle seated movement, breathing, and balance for those who are up for it.
I aim to make the classes fun and engaging.
Come along and join us.

At the NEW TIME of 3:15pm head over to The Hope Foundation and join in the Chair Yoga and Wellness session. We do some gentle chair based movement, plus some standing for those who can manage, as well as chats and advice about wellness and wellbeing.
This is a free session, so come and give it a try.

Finishing the day find me at IB Leisure at 7:30pm for an energetic and fun 45minute class. We will stretch, balance, and work core. Book on the app, website, or at reception.

It is Tuesday, and we are back in Stockton with our .teesside Chair class.

Join us at 1:15pm at Stockton Parish Church Hall (Entrance just opposite Stockton Library) for a chair exercise class that gets you breathing, stretching, moving, and if you are up for it standing & balancing. .

No need to book, just turn up. If you are new please arrive 10mins early to register.

After being off last week we are back at Egglescliffe Community Centre tonight at 6pm for some .

Get your week started right.

We start the day at 9:15am at (just under ) for some goodness, an amazing way to start your day. High energy balancing, stretching, and breathing.

Then straight after that at 10:30am it is Chair Yoga time. Gentle seated movement, stretching, and some balance for those able.

At 2:30pm we head over to The Rings Community for a weekly AMALA Chair Yoga class. A gentle class which is great for those getting back to movement. No need to book, just turn up.

Finish the day off at 6:30pm with the weekly at . This high energy blend of yoga movements, calisthenics, sports rehab techniques, and isometric movement will energise you.
