2019 was the turning point in my life when I started to get communication from my higher self. It comes in the form of music lyrics mostly.

Cyprus has been an amazing trip. It’s very spiritual with pictures of Christ and Mary all over. Just look how amazing this church is. What an amazing messenger Christ was.

I come out of the church to look at the sea and I thought I might of felt some connection when looking at the Christ picture, then the music started to play in my head. The words were:
“Every time I look around, it’s in my face” (by how bizarre)

Reminding me that god is not only in churches but every single atom we see with our eyes. Every creation in the universe. Reminding me that your own body is your temple for gods eyes to see because we are all ONE 🕉️❤️

Our reality is made up from our beliefs systems, in 2019 I had a spiritual awakening where I had the realisation of something far bigger than just the physical world.
I’ve been on a massive fact finding mission reading everything I can and I’m totally fascinated.

The universal experience is endless and there’s so many personal stories of what people think is right in their own experiences.

There’s one belief that I’ve firmly attached on to and that everything in this universe has one creator. We all are the one having just a different experience. Once you understand this you see everyone in your path as divine mind. Sent to help you or to teach you a lesson about yourself. The ultimate progression is to forgive these life lessons and to move on and upwards to your higher self.

This is one of the amazing book that’s dates back 400 BCE about how to experience the divine universe.

Just read this amazing book about Yogananda’s life and also watched the film about his practice in America.
Honestly this book answered loads of spiritual questions for me, he talked about how god comes to those who see god in their belief system.. Some might see Jesus, Buddha, Ala muhammad, Hare krishna. For me I had no beliefs system. I just didn’t believe in god at all.
Then one night I started to receive messages from a white light which came with the most amazing love. It said it was god and each time it came it would say a name that represented god. Then it said I am part of you, the self. (Which is in everyone, I’m not special)
This is said in this book with so much more great advice and knowledge of the astral world. I recommend reading the audio version.

Religion V's spirituality

Faith and religion are two separate things.
When I first had my awakening I knew then that there is a god, I had so many signs telling me this, the synchronicities were none stop for about a year until I understood what I was getting shown from higher beings, some might call them guides/ angels/ spirit family/ universal consciousness.
