- Sports Massage
- Advanced soft tissue techniques
- Strapping & taping
- Musculoskeletal injury assessment, including neurological pain
- Peripheral joint and spinal mobilisations
- Injury rehabilitation exercises

Initial injury assessment – 1hr £50
Follow up appointment – 30 min £35 / 45min £45
Sports Massage – 30 min £30 / 45 min £40 / 1hr £45

While I've been away for a few days I thought I'd share with you all what I've been up to. I've had a great couple of days at the CSP Annual Conference in Wales where I got to share my MSc research as poster presentations at both the student and the main conferences.

It was also great to watch others present their work and attend some interesting sessions.
