If you're currently Trying To Conceive, here is a simple Self Womb Healing checklist 🌹
Gather the data and see what you can improve one step at a time…
Review/Track the following:
🌹 Track your periods for a minimum of 3 months. Include: Duration of period, regularity, flow, colour, length of time between periods, discharge observations throughout the month
🌹 Historical use of contraception (if any / if known)
🌹 Historical / Current use of alcohol, drugs or substances. (Be 100% honest)
🌹 Rate your stress levels and sleep
🌹 Track your exercise including regularity and intensity
🌹 Track your eating habits, meals, calories, protein consumption, hot or cold foods and timing of meals and snacks
Finally, check back over your list and start with one of the steps that is a quick win for you to become more aligned.
