This client had noticed smile lines worsening due to weight loss and previously had filler placed directly into them, making them appear heavier.

I advised to rebuild volume loss in the mid cheek to target the cause rather than disguise it, we placed 1ml of filler each side which has already lifted the area. At the next appt we will continue to build the volume back and then begin treating the smile lines directly.
