Your body already knows how to find balance ✨
Sometimes it just needs a little support to get there.

🌿 Reflexology helps to calm your nervous system and rebalance your hormones by working through the reflex points on your feet and hands.
💆‍♀️ Aromatherapy Massage blends the power of touch with therapeutic essential oils to ease tension, soothe the mind, and support emotional and physical wellbeing.

✨ Reiki works with your body’s energy, restoring harmony and promoting deep emotional and energetic healing.

🌸 Korean Hand Therapy gently stimulates specific points on the hands — like acupuncture, but without needles — to support balance throughout the whole body.

Together, these therapies encourage your body to do what it already knows best — find its own natural rhythm, balance, and peace. 🌕

I offer all these therapies as standalone treatments or a combination to tailor to exactly what you need. Each treatment is unique to each client.

Prioritising rest has so many benefits-
🐝when the body is in a relaxed state you are more likely to sleep better (ironic that when you are over tired you can’t sleep!!) totally know this one with kids!! 😂

🐝even though life won’t be less stressful, when we are rested we react differently- we respond in a more positive way and generally feel calmer.

🐝a rested nervous system and calm mind help us to connect to our intuition, our truth, to others in an authentic joyful way and to appreciate a connection to nature.

So HOW do we prioritise rest?
🌸It doesn’t have to be a big thing (spa weekend / yoga retreat / 2 hour nap) although these things are amazing as a reset!
🌸It can be a little shift in our everyday habits which might look like:

🌑having more boundaries and saying no to things
🌘taking an hour break from your phone before bed
🌗leaving the housework for 10 mins stillness instead
🌖plan a “stillness meeting” for yourself in the week
🌕go to bed half an hour earlier even if just to read
🌔let go of perfect
🌓ask for or receive help sometimes
🌒surround yourself with other calm people

Save this as a reminder that rest is productive.

Always guiding you — whispering what your body and soul are calling for.

Those moments when you feel off, overstimulated, sluggish, or wired… that’s your compass speaking. It’s your truth, gently asking you to pause, listen, and ask:
What do I need right now?

Breathwork, reflexology, and rest are powerful tools to help soothe a frazzled nervous system — supporting your body as it returns to balance (homeostasis). When your nervous system is settled, your hormones can find their natural rhythm again — and everything feels a little lighter, calmer, more you.

It’s an honour to guide women back to that balance. 🌿 I would be honoured to teach you to find yours.

🍂 I know half terms can be filled with a real mix of emotions, but for most of us I think we can agree they feel ‘full’ - full of love, full of snacks (why do they eat so much!) & full of noise 😅

But as the nights draw in, your body might be whispering for something slower… and quieter 🧘🏼‍♀️

This week, between the chaos and the cuddles, remember to pause.

Take a deep breath. Run a warm bath. Write a few thoughts down by candlelight.

Tiny rituals that remind you - you deserve this rest, too.

✨ Since launching my original treatment packages earlier this year, I’ve had the absolute honour of supporting seven incredible women (and their partners) on their fertility journeys.

Like life itself, this path can be filled with highs and lows — moments of pure joy, deep disappointment, and everything in between. Through it all, my heart feels so full knowing I can walk alongside each woman who trusts me to be part of their story. 💛

Having been on my own journey through IVF, donor eggs and miracle babies in my 40s, I know firsthand how challenging — and how hopeful — this road can be.

That’s why I’ve lovingly revamped and renamed my two fertility packages, creating something even more meaningful and heartfelt: SEED to BLOOM 🌱🌸✨

Today I held an intimate space in Barn Owl Yurt for a handful of gorgeous women to rest, recharge & just bee. It was magical & exactly what we all needed.
