We are running extremely low on essential items to support people fleeing so if you are able to help, please drop them off at our office.

A fun and friendly drop-in group has been set up by Help For Heroes at The Sutton Centre in Middlesbrough, for veterans and their families.

The first meet up is Thursday 6th November, 10am–12pm.

They’re building a supportive community that’s making a difference and it all starts with a brew.

The Surgery will be closed on Tuesday afternoon (4th November 2025) from 1pm for training. Please use other available services during this time such as your local Pharmacy, Urgent Care, 111 or in cases of emergency call 999. We will reopen as normal on Wednesday 5th November.

Middlesbrough Council are collecting warm winter coats and clothing at Newport Community Hub from now until the end of October. Drop off is between 10 and 4pm Monday to Thursday at reception.

Bring it on Boro

Our holiday activities and food programme (HAF) runs during the school holidays to offer free, fun activities and meals to children and young people.

Bookings are now taking place for our Summer programme which includes sport, arts & crafts and wellbeing sessions. Each child who attends will also receive a meal throughout the programme. Dates for individual activities will vary.

To be eligible for the activities, your child must:

✔ Receive benefit-related free school meals (eligibility will be checked)
✔ Be aged 4 to 16 and be in full time education
