Fountains Court are looking for an experienced Activity Co-Ordinator to work alongside our current team. Activities are essential to the home and would require somebody with previous experience. Knowledge around dementia care would be an advantage.

We are putting ideas together for families to meet and greet once a month, If we were to hold a get together once a month for families to get to know each other which day would work better for the majority? The days would need to be a Monday, Tuesday or Friday and morning or afternoon?
This would include tea, coffee, cold drinks and cake.
