Stay strong for all your holiday activities:
1. Push-Ups – 10–15 reps
2. Tricep Dips – 10 reps
3. Shoulder Press – 10 reps (use dumbbells or water bottles)

Repeat 3 rounds and feel the burn

Then unwind in our indoor heated pool, re energise your muscles in the whirlpool bath, rejuvenate in our Steam and Sauna or simply relax on one of our loungers.
