We had an amazing night at St Thomas Moore Church Hall. We had prize bingo, Pie & Peas, Easter Egg raffle and Easter Egg cakes and refreshments. We raised an amazing £621 for our residents fund. We can't thank you enough for your Easter Egg donations, raffle prizes and buying raffle tickets. A special shout out to the Lifestyle Team, Tracy, Kimberly and Georgia, for all their hard work to ensure it was a perfect evening for all to enjoy

The Willows care home offers quality care in a warm, relaxed and homely atmosphere.
Our modern, purpose-built care home is set in a quiet residential area of Middlesbrough and is also known locally as Woodside Resource Centre. We offer nursing, residential, respite and day care for older people who are living with dementia. We also provide sensitive end of life care.
We ensure that residents feel comfortable, settled and happy. We get to know each person we care for well, so we can personalise all aspects of their life. We encourage residents to stay active and independent, enjoying interests and outings that are meaningful to them. We organise everything from music sessions to coffee mornings, armchair fitness, baking, therapy pet visits and gardening. We also have regular sessions reading the Daily Sparkle - a reminiscence newspaper - together.
The Willows is a purpose-designed single storey care home. Each of our large, comfortable bedrooms has en-suite facilities, stylish furniture, a 24-hour nurse call system and telephone and television connections.
To support our residents who are living with dementia, the home has a special circular route with no locked doors or confusing dead ends which allows residents to explore freely, and everywhere is also wheelchair-accessible.
Outside, our attractive courtyards have colourful hanging baskets and plenty of sitting areas for residents to enjoy. Our sensory garden has edible plants chosen for their fragrant smells and different textures. It’s a garden that can be enjoyed by all residents, including those with failing vision.
