Today, on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, we pause to remember and honour all those who have served.

We take this moment to reflect on the life and freedom we have thanks to the bravery and sacrifices of those who took part in service.

Many of our clients come from generations who served, long before it was a choice, and we feel privileged to hear their incredible stories through our work in care.

We are truly grateful today and every day for their courage, service, and resilience. 🌹

We’re so happy to announce that Yolanda, a care assistant from , has been named our Rising Star, in our Champion Awards! ✨

Yolanda’s dedication and passion for her work have made a real difference in the lives of the families she supports.

Upon receiving the award, she said:
“I thought it was a scam! I wasn’t expecting it at all. Thank you for the recognition. It’s not just me, it’s the whole team at Olam, and the families, it is not a one-man job, it takes a whole community. We all put our hearts into the job, and it’s wonderful that these awards recognise the hard work of people in the industry across Redcar and Cleveland."
