Well the sun was shining so a bit of sports and outdoor fun was had last week 😀

Some of our members made sausage rolls in one of our sessions 😋

Lots of social interaction and skill development 👌

We did a couple of sessions in Arts, cooking, educational games, we had a couple of outtings, budgeting, group work and music therapy session ☺️

Parmos, sports sessions, movies, sensory and animal care to name but a few of last weeks activities in the centre 😀

This week we have a number of workshops planned including murder mystery (who did it) an all time favourite, swimming, kindness and mindfulness sessions, gardening workshop, sensory, bowling and we plan on making a start on our self portrait collages, pics to follow next week 😀

The members have enjoyed-

Creative arts and crafts unleashing their creativity with fun arts projects

Music and dance - light movement that we all enjoyed 💃 🕺

Outdoor adventures - exploring nature 🧭

We've made a start on our robin centre tree, spring is here 😀

Smelly science projects & we made our own slime 🤢🤣

Our gardening project is well on the way, watch this space for our sensory garden pictures 📸 🌳 🌼

The sun was shining last week so naturally we took full advantage of this and began our little gardening project, our aim is to create a beautiful sensory garden and create a peaceful memorial garden to remember and honour the lives of our friends who have passed away ❤️ 🌈

Last week was action packed -

Bowling 🎳
Lunch out 🍔🍟
Dance and yoga 💃
Easter themed activities 🐇
Cooking, cooking and more cooking 🍳

And lots lots more 😁

So last week we were living in the moment to much and forgot to take pics whoooops😃 ❤️

Here's just a few of some of the activities we took part in 🎉

We went bowling and to Newham grange farm, two of our favourite external activities that the members chose to do 🎳🐷🐎

We had a cinema trip and enjoyed chair yoga ✨️

We had a members meeting to plan our weekly activities and discussed our themed days, had a games day, fun with numbers and so much more... 😀

A little glimpse into last week, a very productive enjoyable week had this week 😀

Some of our activities included pet therapy, relaxation, chair yoga, murder mystery who did it session, budgeting workshop, lots and lots of cooking, light exercise, social media & Internet safety session to name but a few. 🖊📖✅️

Our members have been busy busy busy this week, we celebrated the Chinese new year, cooked some delicious meals, who doesn't love pancakes?! They went down well 😃

We had a cinema trip to watch Goat, had a number of workshops on being kind, bullying & mindfulness sessions 😁
