Remembrance Sunday

Honouring Remembrance Sunday at Windermere Grange Care Home.

As the month of November unfolds, we are reminded of the importance of remembering and commemorating those who have bravely served our country.

Residents and the team of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange made their own poppies to wear on Remembrance Sunday to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life. 🍁

A resident of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange Care Home visited Seaton Carew for the day, she stopped at Kitty Bills for coffee and cake, enjoyed a walk in the fresh air and ended the day with ice cream. 🍦😋 🍁

Halloween Party! 👻

Staff and residents of Windermere Grange Care Home decorated the home with lots of spooky decorations and dressed up in their costumes for their Halloween party. 🎃

Thank you to Steven Swales for the fantastic live entertainment and to the whole team for arranging a brilliant party with a spooky buffet.

It was great to see everyone having a wonderful time and the effort that everyone put into the party!🎃 🍁
