Important Booking Notice📢🛑✋️

There seems to be some confusion with the booking system. While I haven’t been made aware of any recent changes, a number of clients are experiencing issues when booking appointments.

Unfortunately, I’ve had clients travel to the clinic and arrive for appointments that are not actually booked. This causes problems in clinic, especially when the diary is already full and I’m then trying to accommodate clients who don’t have confirmed appointments.

Please note: your appointment is not booked unless you click the green “Book Appointment” button at the bottom of the page.

If your booking is successful, you will always receive an email confirmation immediately.

It appears that the “Book Appointment” button may have been moved to the bottom of the page by the website host, which may be causing the confusion. I’m very sorry about this, however this is not something I can change. Please make sure you scroll down and click the green button after selecting your treatment, date, and time.
