I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who come tonight and participate in creating a safe space each week for everyone to share!
We had some really good input tonight and it was nice to hear everyone’s voices !

Thank you for your commitment to your mental health and for doing our community service you’re all amazing 🙂‍↔️💕

Hi guys, just an update for this weekend for group!
It will be on from 5 pm till around 7:30 pm and this week we are going to be doing something a little bit different .
We are going to assess reflect and re-create the current group contract that is applied to keep everyone safe and valued.

I’ve done some reflecting over the dynamics in group and I would like to know more of what the group would like or not like to be happening each week !

Please join us this weekend and let us know what you think I’d love everyone to get involved and help us create an even better environment than we already have and then from next week group will return as normal but this weekend will be a group project of making sure our values and shared expectations align with what we want from Sunday Talks !

Sunday Talks is on tonight from 5 pm till 6:30 unfortunately we will not be able to do the fire bin and Chinese lanterns due to the wind warnings again but hopefully can get these done next weekend!
