Hello everyone I am so excited for group tonight !
5pm-8pm from the whale hill community centre
We are creating our own mental health boxes for when we aren’t feeling our full selves we can bring ourselves back up!
Bring along personal items that can be a comfort to you in hard times !
We have
Books, insense, sensory toys, quotes, mindful cards, sea shells, flowers and more!
Think about bringing things that bring comfort to you
Memories/ photos
Fluffy socks
Little snacks
Comforters
Everything to make the box will be provided ❤️
