A little late to the party as we enter our third month in our new salon… but I couldn’t not properly welcome Carol, (my mum) to the team 🤍

Carol is the woman behind the business and our salon owner, working behind the scenes day in, day out to help keep everything running smoothly. With over 15 years in the beauty industry, she brings a huge amount of knowledge, experience, and passion to everything she does. While not currently offering treatments, it’s something we have been speaking about to explore in the future.

Throughout Carols career she has been recognised for her work, including winning Comfort Zone Spa Therapist of the Year, being a finalist at the Professional Beauty Awards two years running for Therapist of the Year, as well as contributing to multiple awards for the salon.

Carol and I share a real passion for this industry, and together we’re always striving to grow not just as therapists and business owners, but as people. We’re focused on mindset, positivity, and helping our clients feel their absolute best inside and out, something we care about deeply and strongly stand by.

We’ve got lots of exciting plans and ideas in the works so watch this space for transformations and keep your eyes peeled for our official salon launch coming very soon ✨

On a personal note, I honestly couldn’t imagine not working alongside Carol my amazing mum (as soppy as that sounds… I definitely don’t tell her enough how grateful I am 🥹)

✨ The Ultra Chique Clinique Journey ✨

Saturday 31st January marked the end of an era, as we closed our doors at the Leonardo Hotel after nearly a decade.

Ultra Chique began back in 2014, originally working within Gallagher’s Hair Salon on Baker Street. Carol opening independently building a client base under the name Ultra Chique Boutique.

In 2016, an amazing opportunity came along to take over a premises within the Leonardo Hotel (formerly Jurys Inn). This is where I joined and Ultra Chique Clinique officially opened its doors, something I’ll never forget.

From the start Paul, my stepdad has supported us in so many ways who has carried out so much of our building and refurbishment work over the years — always helping and believing in us 🫶🏼

A huge thank you to Leonardo Hotel for allowing us to grow and develop over the last 10 years, creating a home for us. We are so grateful for everything and for the memories made there 🤍

✨ 2026 Brings a New Chapter ✨

Ultra Chique Clinique has relocated at Innovations Advanced Skin & Beauty in Stockton an opportunity of a lifetime and one we have always dreamed of.

A massive thank you to Jolene for this opportunity as we take over the amazing salon you have created.

We cannot wait to welcome you into our new salon and to every client who has walked through our doors and supported us — thank you! We wouldn’t be here without you 🤍

Having the opportunity to work alongside my amazing Mum, Carol is something I am very grateful for. A lot of people always ask “How is it working with your Mum” and honestly, it’s something I will never take for granted (even though her poor timekeeping does still annoy me 😆)

Looking back through old photos from our very first opening to where we are now. Seeing the transformation over the years is a reminder of how far we’ve come personally and professionally, also a lovely reminder of what I looked like back in 2016 🤣

Hi everyone! We’re so excited to officially introduce ourselves — we’re Carol & Jess, Mum and daughter, and the new owners of Innovations Advanced Skin & Beauty! 🤍

We previously owned Ultra Chique Clinique in Middlesbrough and are so grateful and excited for this amazing opportunity that Jolene has given us — thank you for trusting us with your beautiful salon!

Some of you may have already seen us in the salon, but we can’t wait to welcome even more of you and get to know you all properly. We’re so excited for this next chapter and everything we have planned!✨

✨ Skin Analysis Results That Speak for Themselves! ✨

We’ve loved using our new skin analyser to track real skin progress — and these results are just amazing! 🤍 When your client tells you she’s getting compliments on how well she’s looking… you know it’s working! ✨

Our lovely client started a course of 6 Non-Surgical Facials with a full skin reading at the start of treatment in October, and we’ve just completed her final scan this week in January… and the difference is incredible!

Using a personalised treatment plan, we combined:
✨ Radio Frequency
✨ Micro Current
✨ Photon LED Light Therapy
✨ Hydro Facial
✨ Comfort Zone Skincare Products

The main focus was on:
✔️ Reducing early signs of ageing
✔️ Improving skin colour & texture

Towards the end of the treatment, we introduced HydroFacial to help reduce enlarged pores and further refine the skin. We also saw a massive reduction in sebum levels and a visible reduction in pigmentation.

The before & after skin analysis clearly shows visible improvements — and this was our first time using the analyser for full progress tracking, so we’re so excited to share more results like this with you!
