When I started this journey, I simply wanted to help people move better, feel better, and recover from the stresses of work, sport, and everyday life. I never imagined just how many amazing people I would meet along the way.

• 197 different clients treated
• 514 appointments
• 394 hours of treatment

But the numbers only tell part of the story. Behind every appointment was a conversation, a laugh, progress after injury, preparation for a race, or simply an hour where someone could switch off from the world.

To every single person who trusted me with their treatment — thank you. Your support, loyalty, and kind words have meant more than you probably realise! I’m incredibly grateful for the community that formed around Ben Palmer Massage Therapy and proud of what we achieved together.

This isn’t goodbye!

✨ Important Update - PLEASE READ ✨

Life always has it's new challenges and opportunities, changes of careers and everything in between and recently, I’ve been offered a new job which on a personal note I really wanted to accept and have done!🎉

Because of this, 𝐁𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐰𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝.

That said, this isn’t a full goodbye. After 12th March, I will still take bookings via DM for evenings and potentially some weekends, depending on my personal availability.

I also just want to say a massive thank you to the 100+ people who’ve trusted me, supported the business, and left such incredibly positive feedback over the past six months. It honestly means more than I can say. I absolutely love doing massage therapy, and I’m so grateful for every single client who’s been part of this journey.

OUT OF HOURS SOON! 🚨

I am away from Monday 19th January - Sunday 26th January, meaning I will not be taking any sports massage appointments in this time period.

Therefore, next week (Monday 12th January to Sunday 18th January) will be a busy week with a lot of people looking to book in, especially since Brass Monkey Half Marathon and multiple trail and road events occur on Sunday 18th, athletes will be looking to freshen up during the week!

If you would like to book for next week, I would recommend booking in soon to avoid disappointment as I'm predicting a busy week! 😯
