Falck Fire Services UK’s Industrial Emergency Response team delivers a range of world class services to customers in a variety of industrial manufacturing sectors. The team prides itself on the quality of the services it delivers to companies at the heart of Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Energy, Bio Fuel and Biotechnology production in the UK. Our services include:

Industrial fire fighting – The business operates with an elite force of highly trained industrial fire fighters working with some of the best equipment in the world, capable of tackling the most serious of incidents

Chemical spill response – Response teams have people with the knowledge, skill and equipment to mitigate any on or off site chemical spill emergency

Industrial medical emergency response – site protection officers are skilled medics equipped to save lives in situations including those where high level rescue or entry into a confined space is required

Site security – working in partnership with world class security experts to ensure customer premises are protected from ever increasing local and world-wide threats

Exercise, training and auditing skills – a widely acclaimed team of practitioners who have helped hundreds of customers across the UK and the world in improving emergency response capabilities

Operating from our base in Teesside, we are widely recognised as possibly the most competent privately owned industrial emergency response team in the UK and have gained a number of external accolades over the years

The business has played a vital role in resolving some of the UK’s most serious industrial incidents and can draw upon more than 60 years of Industrial experience. We have received awards from the UK Chemical Industries Association, the National Training Awards celebrating Investors in People organisations and run on behalf of the Department for Business Innovation and Skills, the North East Process Industry Cluster and other prestigious bodies.

We're absolutely delighted to share a truly heartwarming experience from our recent visit to Zoe's Place Baby Hospice Middlesbrough 💜💜

FFS UK People & Culture Director, Tom Conroy, and Regional People and Culture Advisor, Abi Brown, had the privilege of spending time at the hospice. They were given a wonderful tour of the premises and were deeply moved by the incredible and vital services Zoe's Place provides to babies and young children, and their families.

A big thank you to Ashleigh Ennion for hosting us and showing us around the hospice.

During the visit, we were so pleased to donate 230 selection boxes! These special treats are destined to bring extra joy to the children and families who access Zoe's Place services during their magical Christmas light switch-on event on Wednesday 03 December 2025. It's a truly special occasion where every child gets to meet Santa and receive a selection box, creating precious festive memories and spreading smiles for both the children and their families.

It was genuinely inspiring to witness the dedicated and compassionate work carried out by the team at Zoe's Place. We are honoured to support such an essential charity that provides invaluable care and comfort to families in our community.

The core focus of their work is providing short break stays for children who are either very poorly or undergoing treatments which need intensive nursing. Stays can vary from day care, overnight stays, to longer breaks, which enables families to go on holiday.

They also offer end-of-life care for children. Including their bereavement suites with overnight accommodation and specialist facilities, meaning that families that choose to use their services can have precious time to say goodbye to their child💜💜

It costs £1.9 million to run each hospice annually, with a significant 70% of this income coming from voluntary donations. Zoe's Place can only continue their incredible mission thanks to the generosity of its community.

After an incredible career spanning over 37 years, we're saying a fond farewell to a truly dedicated member of the Falck family, Sean Beck, our esteemed Site Protection Officer at our Wilton site, who is now retiring.

Sean joined the business on 14 November 1988, and from that day forward, he has been an invaluable and integral part of our team. We extend our deepest gratitude to Sean for his outstanding service and countless contributions to Falck🙌

As Sean embarks on this new chapter, we wish him the very best of luck for the future and a truly wonderful retirement filled with joy, relaxation and new adventures🚵😎☀️

At the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month – we will remember them❤️

The Armistice, an agreement to end the fighting of the First World War as a prelude to peace negotiations, began at 11 am on 11 November 1918. Armistice is Latin for to stand (still) arms.

To this day, we mark Armistice Day around the United Kingdom with a Two Minute Silence at 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month.

Many of our Falck Fire Services UK employees are former members of the armed forces, and we are grateful to have them in our teams.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

We will remember them❤️

Falck Fire Services UK is proudly supporting the Movember movement throughout November 2025! 🥸🥸

For a third year in a row, we are encouraging our employees to grow a mo for Movember or get involved in the 60k movement challenge. This vital campaign raises awareness and funds for critical men's health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and su***de prevention.

Our fathers, partners, brothers, and friends are facing a health crisis, yet it's rarely talked about. Men are dying too young, and we can't afford to stay silent!

At Falck, we believe in fostering a supportive environment where health and well-being are prioritised, and we are proud to stand with Movember in their mission to help men live happier, healthier, longer lives.
