✨The last day of 2025 ~ reflecting on my year ✨

2025 is the year I dedicated completely to myself and my healing 🥰

I started this year with a chronic illness consuming my life, some days I couldn’t walk from the pain and I spent most of my evenings and weekends sleeping due to the fatigue - not a very exciting life for a girl in her 20s! I stopped doing things I loved and it would take me days to recover from 1 day of fun.
Then I decided to heal myself from the inside out 🥰 I started with my mindset and then went on some walks and did yoga at home when I could manage it. Then I slowly started to work on my physical strength, I joined an 8 week gym challenge and realised by the end of it that I had no pain or fatigue in weeks! I carried on with the gym and practicing mindfulness every day and now i have my health back 🥳

I looked back at my manifesting list from earlier in the year and ticked off “have perfect health” ✅ I forgot I’d even written it but by making the decision to focus on myself, I manifested it along the way 🥰

The last year of my 20s has been a success, I can’t wait to see what my 30s bring👀
