I got Cryo therapy on my shoulder last year and didn’t really notice the benefits. It felt good, I enjoyed it but didn’t really notice the benefits. I decided to try it again this year for my foot injury. It was super swollen, purple and sore. I didn’t notice the benefits at first but then I went to bed and woke up in the morning there was no discoloration no swelling and no pain !!!!!! It was practically a miracle. I strongly recommend cryotherapy for anybody who has strains, Sprains or breaks!!! I couldn’t believe the results!!!
