Being able to move freely, allows us to do the things we love.
Whatever sport or hobby it is, imagine being able to do it better, by just moving better. Finding out the cause of those dull aches in the lower back or burning sensations along the shoulders is the first step to fixing them and allowing you to continue to live the life you want.

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!!

Moving on to the next topic. . . GOLF!!!
I suspect you golfers out there are also in awe at how Kyle Berkshire gets his amazing driving distance!!! Here's a sneaky secret - it's not just his technique! It's got a lot to do with his Intrinsic Biomechanics. He has phenomenal thoracic rotation, which loads his body to release that powerful swing. Read more to understand how you can achieve this too.
Please share with your golfing buddies. The more people know about this - the better!!!!! ๐Ÿ˜Š โค๏ธ โ›ณ๏ธ

Frustratingly, you are doing exactly what your Golf Pro has taught you, maybe your body just isnโ€™t co-operating. Itโ€™s time to consider INSTRINSIC BIOMECHANICS

So here it is, the last myofascial blog of my running series.
Even if you are not into running, marathons or 0-5Kms, this is a short read and perhaps an explanation, as to why you are not getting 100% out of the effort you put into your sport.
I would love to know what you think :)

So here it is #3 of 4. The Spiral Myofascial Line for Running (although it is also relevant for all other sports and daily activities). Let me know what you think. Your feedback is always gratefully received ๐Ÿ˜Š

The main function of the Spiral Line is anything involving rotation in the body, will involve the SPL. How does it affect your running?

I had some great feedback from the SBL article (and not only from you runners out there)๐Ÿ˜‰
Take a look at #2 The Lateral Line. A quick and easy read.
I hope you like it ๐Ÿ˜

The main function of the Lateral Line is to create stable lateral flexion of the trunk, abduction of the hip and foot eversion. How does it affect your running?
