No experience required!

Come & experience a deeply relaxing afternoon designed to bring your mind & body into a relaxed state. Postures are supported & held in order for you to really let go of all tension & have time to connect with your self.
After the yoga, lie down to receive the sounds & vibrations from multiple instruments that again are carefully planned to bring your mind into a meditative state.
Deeply restful & healing for all the systems in your body!

Due to the nature of sound travelling through the body, sound baths are NOT suitable for those in their 1st trimester, those who have a metal stent in their body or a pacemaker & for those that have sound induced epilepsy.

Come join a deeply relaxing afternoon of Restorative Yoga and a Healing Sound Journey with Claire Best and Sarah Roelich

A fully immersive and restorative class offering an hour of gentle yoga asana practice, plus 40 minutes of an incredible healing sound journey performed by Claire.
Lie down & listen to singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and shakers which produce vibrations that pe*****te deep into the body, regulating and rebalancing, releasing tension and inviting calm. Sound baths aim to guide the mind into a theta brain wave state to support healing, reduce stress, enhance rest and contentment and invite creativity.

We will close the session with a nourishing seasonal slice of cake and soothing herbal tea.
