The Mindful Meal. Springtime signifies new beginnings and a spring clean is essential for our body. We will prepare one of the most staple healing foods in Ayurveda to help support the tissues, detoxify the body and purify the digestive system, allowing for a much needed rest while still providing all the essential nutrients.

As we sit down to share this highly nourishing meal, I will guide you through the foundational pillars of Ayurveda. You will leave with the warmth of a healing meal and the light of timeless knowledge.
