My name is Liz Bridger ,I trained in the South American Traditions 8yrs ago with Juan Nunez del Prado and his son Ivan. Since then I have travelled to Peru and made s strong connection to the mountains and the people.I now teach an accredited course running for a year teaching these fantastic ways, the course has been running now for 3 years and I love to see people moving forward and enjoying life in the now .The course includes healing ,creating your own Mesa, connecting with mother earth and much more.We also do some reflective work along the way.
I also offer Shamanic healing ,soul-retrieval ,tye-cutting and many more ,the healing usually take the form of a journey using a place of healing using my drum or rattles.
I also teach drum making ,rattle making and Equine Bowen which is part of the reason I started out on this journey ,having worked with horses all my life I felt there was more to what I was doing and started to look around for something to work on and the shamanic work completely fitted what I needed ,I then trained to become a Shamanic practitioner and met the guys from Peru.Wow what a journey of discovery it has been since then.
I am so grateful to all my teachers over the years as they have help create what I offer now from people to horses and dogs they all played a part .THANK YOU.
