Wednesday 6.30-7.45pm
Thursday 1-2pm
Friday 9.30-11am & 11.30-12.30pm Each week focuses on a series of different postures i.e.

Iyengar Yoga has a systemised sequence of yoga postures that enable the student to develop slowly and safely. Certain props may be used like a block, belt or bolster to encourage the student to experience the posture with more ease. Standings postures, seated forward bends & twists, backbends, breath work and restorative postures.

Are you in need for some deeply relaxing & restful yoga? A few spaces available on Fridays 11.30am-12.30pm at Cowdray Hall, Midhurst. #

GENTLE YOGA CLASS
Postures are slow paced, held & deeply nurturing. Some are supported standing postures, others are sitting on a chair, most are supported reclining postures.
Breathing exercises will be introduced to improve circulation & energy.

Suitable for complete beginners and aimed for those with age related difficulties, fatigue, instability, post op.
