Our Health Assessment gives you a clear starting point for your training, allowing programmes and goals to be personalised for safer, more effective results.

This assessment includes….

Blood Pressure
• Indicates cardiovascular health and training readiness
• Helps determine safe and appropriate training intensity
• Can be used as a measurable marker of improved heart health over time

Peak Flow Test
• Measures lung function and breathing efficiency
• Guides aerobic conditioning, pacing, and recovery between sets

🙏 THANK YOU 🙏

What can we say… 2025 was another WHOPPER of a year for AfterBurn. By no means was it easy, there were moments that tried to knock us down, changes that tested us, and challenges that could’ve stopped us in our tracks. But we kept going—together. 🤗

🧱 We rebuilt; completely revamping our team, who hold the ship steady on a daily basis and are among the best in their industry. We’re so incredibly proud & honoured to call them “our team”. Without uncertainty I can tell you that you’re in the best of hands here at AfterBurn. 🙌

💰 We invested; throughout the year we’ve added 10 new pieces of kit and 15 new accessories. A little thank you for investing into your health & wellness with us. We even attended the conference in Birmingham to get some ideas for future development. We continue our commitment to improve our services and facilities into 2026. 👀

📈 We’ve grown; we’ve watched our membership grow stronger than ever. The gym now often referred to as a “VIBE”. With the increase in class memberships, we’ve been fortunate to add 8 new classes to the schedule in 2025, with more to come in 2026! 👏

🔗 Community links; we continue to create links with local businesses, organisations & sporting clubs. Offering fitness/rehab sessions with & , as well as liaising with for an employee wellness package 🧠

If you’ve made it this far, congratulations! None of this happens without you. The AfterBurn members showed up, supported us, believed in us, and proved once again that this isn’t just a gym—it’s a COMMUNITY.
