We’re expanding our team with the fantastic addition of Emma. Emma is a passionate Personal Trainer with a mission to make fitness empowering and transformative. She works with clients at every stage—whether you’re new to the gym, rebuilding after injury, or aiming to push your performance to the next level.
Her own recovery from a life-changing car accident gave her firsthand experience of the challenges of regaining strength and confidence. That journey taught her the importance of perseverance, patience, and sustainable progress—values she now shares with every client.
