Cowdray Hall offers a broad variety of emotional and spiritual workshops and a beautiful meditation chapel to help you relieve stress, re-gain clarity and develop your true potential.. The intention of Cowdray Hall is to offer a non-denominational space to all members of our local community and to those from further afield. A place where you can come to step aside from the challenges of daily life, to take time out to deepen your connection with yourself, your community and the wider world. There are wide variety of inspirational workshops, retreats, classes, teachings and events running that you can take part in, focusing on all areas of self development. Introducing Richard Frost, the newest member of our regular instructors at Cowdray Hall.

Richard Frost founded Twenty2Beyond because he believes in the importance of us all taking more control over our lives, enjoying them more, and directing them forwards in ways we care about. He also believes in us all needing to be better humans, for ourselves, for our intimate communities, and for the wider world.

Richard's mission is to help normalise access to a deep inner education that enables you to develop a steadier way of being, be kinder to yourself and others, and grow your life in ways you accept and value, both in terms of who you are and what you do.
