🌀ZERO BALANCING WITH DAVID LAUTERSTEIN 🌀
A rare opportunity to train with David Lauterstein, who will be visiting from the US to offer this workshop. Zero Balancing I & II, exploring ideas and techniques of Rolfing, cranio-sacral work, acupuncture, Eastern and Western understandings of energy and anatomy. Zero Balancing I and II, offered uniquely in this hybrid course, will give you the entire Core Zero Balancing protocol. Please note, for this workshop to go ahead we must have 10 bookings by 1st June.
Zero Balancing has been highly influencial on the courses at BCMB, here's what our founder, Andy F**g has to say:
“Zero Balancing (usually pronounced “Zee-Bee”) has been a wonderful inspiration for my massage journey. I worked with Fritz Smith, the founder of ZB, some 30 years ago. He gave me a clarity, insight and above all a vocabulary to explain how the massage we do at BCMB works.
The essence of ZB is the emphasis on quality of touch. By working at “interface”, which at BCMB we call the 50/50 connection, the approach is non-invasive and boundaried. ZB works with energy flow through bone tissue. The protocol provides skilful holds at key joints of the body, such as the occiput and the sacroiliac. Paying attention to our core structure in this way makes this touch therapy very satisfying, releasing and healing.
The upcoming workshops at BCMB are highly recommended for all practitioners who wish to deepen their knowledge and understanding of how their massage skills work.
