Unplugging from technology, even briefly, has significant mental and physical health benefits; reduced stress/anxiety, better sleep(less blue light disruption) improved focus and creativity, stronger real life connections and much needed physical activity. 📚🏊🏼‍♀️🪁🚴🏻‍♀️🎳🏓So as the week comes to a close, lets find creative ways of digital detox, be it with our families, with our Service Users or alone.
