My Ethos

My background is as a Registered General Nurse (1983-2016) with a specific interest in complementary holistic health.

Qualifications Include: Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy Massage, Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, Diploma in Advanced Hot Stones Massage and Holistic Facials, Certificate in Massage for Pregnancy and Childbirth, CPD qualification in Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage.

In my opinion it is vital that the body is treated on four levels: physically, psychologically, spiritually and emotionally in order to promote well-being and good health.

It is my intention that each client will be treated with an individual programme of care to address specific needs.
